I have been babysitting little children since I was 12 years old. I started watching my nieces and nephews and eventually started watching their friends as well. When I was 14 I took a babysitting class at Brockton Hospital, and became a CPR certified sitter. At age 15 I became a summer camp counselor at the South Shore YMCA's camp Gordon Clark in Hanover. I was responsible for 8 campers, ages 3-5 for two sessions each day. After three summers I was promoted to the camp Unit Director. In that position I was responsible for both campers and their counselors. I took care of camper drop off and pick up, scheduled daily arts and crafts projects, swim time, snack time and all other activities throughout the day. I continued to work for the YMCA in the before and after school programs in Norwell and Hanover elementary schools. I love being being outdoors, doing arts and crafts, playing dress up, and doing anything imaginative. I truly enjoy working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
