Hafid can be the best caregiver you'll ever meet in your life. He's sharp, conscientious, trustworthy, observant, & proactive. He took care of my husband for several years. First trained under my strict guidelines & later he studied & earned his CNA credentials. He interacts well w/ medical staff & advocates for the patient. We kept a detailed log of daily activities and procedures which he excellently maintained. He was diligent in helping w/ PT exercises, timely meds, kept my husband actively engaged. It is important that schedules are discussed & confirmed in advance. He requires long periods of time off from work, sometimes lasting for months. However, when he is working, he is extremely devoted. If you have several caregivers who can pick up the slack when he's away, then it would work out quite well. I have done this for him & it was well worth rehiring him when he returned. Communication was generally not an issue but I found it best to reconfirm for a mutual understanding.
