Abby has been caring for our 4 and 1 year old sons in our home for the past 4 months. She is warm, friendly, and cares for them like family. Our 4 year old has some special needs and she exercises patience and kindness towards him. She enjoys taking our 1 year old to toddler class and we trust her completely to do so. My children are safe with her and safety is her first priority, but she also manages to maintain tidiness in our home (children's dishes, laundry, toys). She follows direction well and asks good questions with regard to the care of the children. She follows my parenting lead in terms of discipline, schedule, and routines while also exercising good judgement. She comes to work on time and smiling and is a pleasure to have in our home. Unfortunately after only a short time with us my employment situation changed and we no longer need full time child care, but we still hope to welcome Abby into our home on an as needed basis. Any family would be lucky to have her!
