Aaleah is without question the best nanny and childcare provider with whom we have ever worked. She is organized, fun, loving, and understands children so well. She was a short-term, full-time nanny for our family in January 2022 for our four small children (ages 1-6). She managed the complexity of our big, busy family amazingly. She rolled with school closures, temper tantrums, and sibling rivalry with ease and immediately became an extension of our family. She is communicative, tidy, proactive, engaged, fun, and absolutely amazing with kids. Our whole family thrived while in her care. I cannot recommend her enough; she will be the first person we call when we need back-up or weekend care - your family will be so blessed so work with her.
