Seeking companion care for my wife in her 60s. Transportation: Drive to appointments and run errands with her. Light Housekeeping: Tidy up and help keep things organized. Errands / Shopping: Possibly. Help Staying Physically Active: Short walks or any kind of encouragement to be active. Companionship: Play games, short walks, fix a meal together. Schedule Details: Schedule is flexible. Caregiver may be needed for just the morning or just visit in the afternoon, on days when I am working. My wife has frontal cortex brain injury and Addisons disease so she lacks the ability to carry out plans and has low energy. She is very sweet but needs encouragement to be healthy and remember to take her medicines and follow through with plans. I am a doctor and work irregular hours/days and would like someone to be with her a couple hours on days that I am working (a couple days a week) to help her be safe, healthy, and more active. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
