About who needs care: Conditions: heart condition with pacemaker, memory issues Hobbies/interests: music, religion Daily structure: he can wake (usually 7 or 8am), perform hygiene, dress himself and make a light breakfast, he needs reminders for appointments, sometimes medications and taking his dog out. During the day he mostly watches TV or listens to music. In the afternoons and evenings he would normally run errands, shop for food and go out to dinner. We would prefer he not drive any longer especially at night. He also no longer cooks for himself beyond heating soup or a microwave meal.
