About the care needs: Ability to meet my parents where they're at - emotionally and mentally. Must be culturally sensitive and trauma-informed but also able to smile banter and laugh. Due to COVID please follow all COVID protocols and guidelines as recommended by the health department to include but not limited to utilization of PPEs and social-distancing.
