Nanny share for 13month old in south san francisco

Hey Joe,
My son is 12-months (born 8/26) and we live in San Bruno (on skyline by SSF). We are also considering a nanny share as our current child care situation is very unreliable. Ideally, we would need 3-4 days a week from around 8am - 3pm. I have no idea how to go about something like this, but it seems like we have similar needs.
