Our little 5-month-old bundle of joy is incredibly sweet and generally a very happy baby. He is a big boy (24. 5lbs and 28 inches long) and is trying to roll over. We would need someone that could work on important skills like sitting up and eating from a spoon. Someone that could play with him and read to him during the day. I work from home but am unable to pay him the attention that he needs and deserves during the day. Ideally I would love to have someone that could be here from 10-3 Monday through Friday or at least three days a week. I am currently trying to balance work and taking care of him and I feel like he deserves more than what I can provide and my work is suffering because it is hard to plan and presentations around his schedule. I don't want to be in a videocall and hear him crying because that breaks my heart and I want to run to him and pick him up, but I can't leave my call.

We are excited to meet you. Our girls are in full time daycare, which has been great for them. My husband will be working outside of the home for the first time since our almost 4-year-old was born and we are looking for a caring, reliable, kind, person to work about 3 hours per day Monday through Friday and do light housekeeping, dinner prep, and pick up the kids from daycare. We also would pay a person extra for availability on an emergency basis if a child were ill and could not go to daycare. We would compensate very well for this above a normal hourly rate but this is a non-negotiable aspect of our need as we do not otherwise have short notice childcare options. Our family includes a 5yr border collie who loves to play fetch and be around the children. She stays outside mostly and a kennel is provided for indoors should there be inclement weather.
