We are looking for a nanny for the summer to help care for our 3-month-old child. Would love some assistance with light housekeeping and meal prep. Start/end dates and schedule are flexible.

Dad has an in-and-out routine in the morning and may/may not be present for the first couple of hours of the work day. Our son is an energetic explorer and is always investigating and testing his limits. He is not afraid to take the lead and guide you to his favorite places but also can get lost in self entertaining if he finds something interesting to explore. Often his frustration increases with sleep or hunger but good rules of thumb are to try a sleep after three wakeful hours and alternating a meal or bottle every two hours or so. He is a busy little guy and burns through his fuel very quickly! We also have three large dogs. Two lazy pitties that may ask to go outside and a lab mix that will play fetch until the end. The lab is a Velcro dog and will want to be near you constantly so being OK with saying a firm no is a must. . Our ideal caregiver: What we want most is someone who is comfortable with rhythms rather than schedules but is capable of reading needs of a toddler. For example- nap time usually comes about three hours from the last sleep- not just strictly at 9AM/1 p.m. Also experience/comfort with large dogs is a must- we have a pack of 3. Two couch potato pitties and a fetch-a-holic lab. Additional needs include being comfortable with pets, a non-smoker. Looking for care Wednesdays (6am-4pm), Fridays (6am-4pm).
