Looking for someone with childcare experience to be a mother's helper for a 7 month little girl on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon/early evenings. Tasks include: childcare, laundry, meal preparation, and meal cleanup. References required, driveway parking, flexible hours/dates.

Hi, I'm looking for a part time Mother's Helper in Jamaica Plain. I am expecting baby #2 in March and am looking for someone who has experience with newborns and is loving, energetic and reliable. Tasks would include watching baby while I go outside to exercise and general household cleanup like dishes, laundry and meal prep. My 2-year-old will be at daycare full time when the baby arrives. The ideal mother's helper would live close to JP and would be able to arrive at our house at 7 a.m. and be responsible to drive the children to their Association summer camp and daycare. We are looking for someone who can pick up the 5-year-old from school at 3:10 and the 2-year-old from daycare by 4:30-5, make them dinner, and do light household tasks, such as cleaning up after dinner, preparing the kids' lunches for the next day, laundry, and some grocery shopping. We anticipate 4 hours per afternoon Monday through Thursday, approximately 3-7 p.m. Must have a car and good driving record. Must have CPR training.
