Studio on the Common and Beryllium Psych are collaborating to offer this art-based support group designed for women feeling overwhelmed and stressed in their personal and/or professional lives. Are you looking to reclaim your sense of self and regain your purpose? This group offers a nurturing environment for self-rediscovery. Through art, journaling, and therapist-guided support, you'll explore and affirm aspects of yourself that may have been concealed. Together, we will emphasize the importance of healing and embracing your wholeness to effectively manage life's stresses. We look forward to seeing you!

This art-based support group for women offers a blend of artistic expression and emotional support activities. Through a variety of art activities (paper marbling, ink and watercolor drawing, sculpting with clay, weaving, and cut paper crafts), combined with guided discussion and journaling, you’ll connect with others while exploring your creativity and personal growth.

Led by experienced facilitators – Karen Abdool, MD, PhD (Psychiatrist), Erum Moin (Peer Support Mentor), and Jean Wallace (Artist-Educator) – this group is designed to provide a safe space for connection, healing, and empowerment.

Discover the power of creativity and community. Register for your spot today!

This group is open to the public.
