San Diego home needs a part-time house cleaner. Ideal match will do weekly house keeping and laundry once, possibly twice, a week.

Hello, We are looking to hire a maid to come and clean our home 3 times a week. This job will be for 15-20 hours a week. I have a 2, 000 sq ft townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The type of cleaning we need is: Clean rooms, restrooms, corridors, stairways, carpets, furniture, empty wastebaskets, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Fold all items and clothes, towel etc. Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines. Wash dishes and clean kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware. Our home is in Point Loma. We are a family of 5 with a dog and we are constantly busy and also accumulating mess. We need a Maid that is proactive in cleaning and finds ways to organize the house. Me, my girl, our baby (17mo), and 2 dogs (friendly Pitbull and Chihuahua) have a studio in Old Town. We are looking for housekeeping help cleaning and organization around our studio. Daddy works from home so he needs help with filing, keeping his area organized. We would like to have our Laundry done (we have a really good washer & dryer).
