Responsibilities
Manage scheduling details and communications for a select group of clients along side other coordinators in a fun, fast paced environment.
Share an equal portion of on call responsibilities - usually one week night per week.
Implement improvement processes as needed
Effectively manages the training and mentoring programs for field staff, including infection control training (with oversight of DON)
Requirements
High School Diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) internet.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as working within a healthcare office setting, knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations.
Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills. Time management and prioritization are key.
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
Valid driver's license, valid state required proof of auto insurance.
Transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities.
