Looking for reoccurring childcare for my three children. Looking to go back to work full time and my husband is deploying around November. Need someone affordable as finances are a little tight right now. Also need someone very hands on as my middle child needs constant supervision and to be kept involved to avoid mischief. Not asking someone to keep up with housework.. someone who can get my oldest off the bus after school goes back and possibly help her start homework depending on the intensity. Like I stated above, we are a military family and prepping for big life changes so someone who is willing to work with us on price would be appreciated beyond words.. this would be almost full time from the beginning. Please reach out if interested and we can talk expectations and pay. Thank you.

My husband and I have a daughter (4) and a son (3). The babysitter we had been hiring over the last couple of years has left the area for a while, so we are back to looking for someone new who we can trust with our children. We typically only need a babysitter for date nights and we're almost always home by 10 p.m. Childcare duties would include preparing dinner, bath time and bed time routine, playing, reading, etc. The kids love drawing, anything to do with crafts, and reading. Our son loves going outside to play. Both love catching bugs. They need help with brushing teeth and wiping their faces clean. They can both clothe themselves and are potty trained. We are looking for someone who is patient and easy going. Preferably someone who has a good amount of experience with redirecting and deescalating tantrums.
