Hey there, I'm a former arts educator turned TV/Broadway professional whose company closed due to COVID (fun, right!?), currently stationed in the McLean/Tyson's area. While my industry remains closed, I'd love to use my expertise to help your family maneuver the logistic and energetic challenges of the pandemic. Kids of all ages are drawn to me like a magnet because I treat them with respect. I can help guide, tutor, and occupy your kid(s)/teens so you can get some things done in peace. I am a confident, sassy/stern grown 40-year-old man. I'll effectively get you what you need out of your kid while making them think I'm their new best friend. Same applies for pets - I grew up on a ranch in Texas and can do anything you need in terms of pet care. I also worked as a concierge for years and can help with estate management tasks as well. Looking ideally to assist one single, busy family a few hours every day of the week but I'm open. Glowing references readily available.

I am here to provide your child with fun, culture, knowledge and of course more fun.

Seeking a babysitter near Arlington for 1 child. Hoping you can start within months! Meal Preparation: We anticipate lunch being ready or almost ready to go, but some final prep/heating up, etc., might be needed. Comfortable With Pets: We have two sweet labrador retrievers. Light Housekeeping: We might want some housekeeping or cleanup with her activities. Homework help: Rarely has homework, but might need to finish an assignment at the end of the day. Schedule Details: The hours can flex a bit .... starting a little earlier or a little later. Or ending a little earlier or later. This could go to full-time, but we want to start part-time and see how it works. About the child(ren): Curious, clever 2nd grade girl. Active in outdoor play, crafts, learning new things. Social butterfly. Is impatient when she doesn't master something immediately, so we need someone who can patiently remind her that we learn through making mistakes and not doing well at first. Looking for someone to guide her with online schoolwork and do play/crafts, etc., for a bit after school. Parents at home working full time. We've realized we can't give her the attention she needs for school and work full-time without bringing a lot of extra stress into our family environment. She wants to work more independently, but at age 7, isn't there yet. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance.
