Fun Sitter!
Hi, my name is Desiray! I am a new mom with a 2-month-old. I also have experience taking care of my neices ages 2 and 4 years old. I have been my niece's babysitter from when she was 3 months old part time so I have experience with all different ages! I went to Kent State University and received my Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design/ Tech Design. Prior to having a baby, I was working as a Medical Assistant and am certified in CPR. I am good at crafting and doing fun indoor/ outdoor activities! I am a very good baker/cook and have taken classes on cake/cookie decorating. I also am able to assist and feel confident in home schooling up to elementary age. I have knowledge and background working on computers and Microsoft Office. My family and I have been strict on social distancing due to the COVID pandemic and take temperatures regularly. I am hoping to find a family who shares the same beliefs! I am looking forward to meeting you and your little one!

Im Jaime, I'm 18 years old and have been around children my whole life! I grew up in my mother's home daycare and would help teach the children once I was older. I have taken prenatal and child development classes in high school and have been babysitting my niece for four years and my two nephews for a year and a half. I enjoy teaching children as well as providing arts and craft projects and setting up games! I have open availability and I am willing to work with your schedule.

Hi, I'm Ellen. I'm a licensed pharmacist who loves math and science! I can help with middle school, high school and undergraduate math and science work. I like to make learning fun with lots of examples and by breaking down material into bite-sized chunks. I can do everything from helping with homework to reviewing materials for an exam. My experience started with helping my younger sisters with homework, to tutoring elementary and middle schoolers during college to now working with pharmacists and pharmacy students.

At Flexable, our goal is to make Life + Work Fit. Since 2016, we've provided working parents on-demand, safe, trusted childcare at more than 1,000 events and locations around the country. For years, we've been building up relationships with over 150 organizations and working parents in these organizations both through events and by expanding those relationships into broader workplace childcare solutions. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, delivering on our mission to make Life + Work Fit has taken on an entirely different meaning. We have shifted our offerings online and bringing our experience directly to working parents -- online. What are Flexable's offerings? Flexable offers engaging and enriching hosted activities for kids online. We offer 1:1 care and group activities for small groups of 5 - 6 users, called Virtual Mini Camps. All our offerings are online, interactive sessions for kids ages 3 - 10 led by Flexable's hosts. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length and are designed to be booked on-demand, when and where parents need help to keep kids engaged so they can get work done or take a break. All hosts curate the experience for kids and are highly vetted and background checked to provide a level of safety that parents can trust. What does a host do? Hosts are responsible for the enjoyment and emotional well-being of every participant in each session. Hosts will create their own content based on topics they are knowledgeable and passionate about to engage participants. They are expected to apply classroom management skills and enthusiasm to enhance the participant's experience. Where will you be working? Mini Camp facilitators work virtually and can be located anywhere in the United States. Please consider your availability and your ability to arrange reliable, uninterrupted time and space to conduct virtual camps before applying. To apply you will need to complete two steps. Step One: Complete the online application Step Two: After submitting your online application, you'll receive a follow-up communication where you will be asked to submit a short video. The purpose of this video is to introduce yourself, showcase your personality, and share what you are interested in teaching. Your application will not be considered complete until we receive both your online application and video. At Flexable, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based upon race, color, religion, gender (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, age, disability, status as a protected veteran, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
