M is an amazing first grader and we're looking for someone to work with her at home for aftercare 2:30-6 p.m. She has Clifahdd Syndrome (causing Cerebral Palsy) which makes her very floppy. She uses a wheelchair and needs help with all ADL's. She is nonverbal, but has a wide range of expressions and is learning to use sign and AAC communication devices. She also has a range of equipment and eats through a g-tube. Special needs experience required and delegate nursing experience is desired. Need to be physically capable of carrying a 38lb kid, has a clean driving record and can pass a background check. Mostly we want someone who will love M, take care of her and try to make her happy. We can teach everything else and will provide nurse delegate training for all her specific needs. Our home has a dog and a cat.
