Kids Lover!!
Hi! My name is Amanda and I am 28 years old. I've been working with children all my life. I started out working after school programs and summer camp programs as a teenager. I've been working with NYC DOE for about 8 years. I started off as a paraprofessional in various special education classroom settings. During this time, I was going to school for my masters degree which is in Elementary Education/ Special Education. I've been teaching 4th grade for the past 3 years. I love working with kids and helping them succeed.

Energetic- Fun Caregiver
I have tutored all ages, from 4 to 15. I take care when tutoring as well as apply patience with each and every child. I alter my tutoring depending on each child's skills and needs. I take time to go over certain topics that appear unclear and ensure that each and every student displays success. I provide homework help as well as standardized test help.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Queens Village. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. I honestly am looking for a reliable person I trust who cant take my child to school in the mornings. Bus services are hard to come by. We live in Queens however my daughter goes to private school in Valley Stream LI. Please let me know if you fit the description as soon as possible. I have to leave my house at 650 a.m. to get to work on time and she has to be in school between 730a and 815a. Please email me if this is something we can workout. Thanks. Looking forward to meeting you and working with you.

Looking for a part-time caregiver for my 4-year-old with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Queens Village and for my daughter who is 8 years old (not on the spectrum). I will need someone to be at the house to escort him off the bus around 1:45- 6:00 p.m. I would like this person to be active and energetic. Someone who is familiar with children with Autism. My son is a loving energetic and very talkative little boy. Who loves going outside to the park, library , and doing hands on activities. This person will need to help daughter with homework. Person will also help do some light housekeeping and laundry so hours for that would be a little different.
