The job includes picking the girls up from school, taking them to activities, supervising homework, feeding them a light dinner, and helping them keep themselves and their things organized. Both girls are very sweet and social and enjoy having a good time. We treat our nannies well in hopes that they will stay for a long time. Job benefits include a set schedule with guaranteed hours, holiday pay, vacation pay, sick pay, and travel reimbursement. Actual need is for M, W, R, F from 3:15 to 6:30 (about 14. 5 hrs/wk) but willing to add a day, a late night, or additional household duties for up to 20 hours of work.
