Retired Teacher Looking For A Playdate!
First, and foremost, I am the mother of three adult children, and a grandmother of seven. While my children were younger, I ran an educational home daycare for five years. I cared for and nurtured children from six weeks of age through elementary school age. This led me to a career in special education, as several of the children in my care had significant special needs. I am currently a retired special education teacher with 22 years of teaching behind me. I am certified as a Teacher of the Handicapped and a Teacher of Reading. I was also the director of vacation bible school at our church for several years, as well as a Sunday school teacher. I worked one summer as a 1-to-1 advocate for a special needs child at the JCC Camp in Medford. In the spring and summer, I work for the P at all their home games. Currently, I am a part-time caregiver for an almost 3-year-old child (started when she was 10 months old).

I have 3 years of experience. I can help with Light Housekeeping and Swimming Supervision. I speak both Spanish and English. I am currently studying to be an Occupational Therapist.

We are looking for a part-time nanny for our two children. They attend school in the morning and need lunch, nap and play in the afternoon. They are so fun, curious and sweet! We are looking for someone who enjoys playing with children as their age lends itself well to play. My husband and I are fully vaccinated and need our caregiver to be as well. We are really flexible, open communicators and love getting feedback on how we can work together.
