I have always wanted to be a teacher, but during my senior year of high school I was a peer tutor in the EC class at my school. I knew very quickly that I wanted to be a special educator and I am now a student at Appalachian State University studying Special Education. I have experience working with individuals on academic, social, emotional, and behavioral goals in and out of school.
