My children are my absolute life and I need someone who is going to treat them like their own. My husband at the naval base in Norfolk from 6 a.m. to 4/4:30 p.m. I work from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. right down the street. We need someone to cover the time our schedules over lap. From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. No weekends. Not all weeks will we need every week day either but if you need a set schedule/pay I absolutely will pay everyday Monday-Friday whether you are needed or not. I would need you in our home as this is my children's safe space and they are rambunctious. They have their own play rooms and a fenced in back yard with plenty to do outdoors as well as in doors. We would always have snacks and drinks stocked but they should never need meals cooked. We do have live streaming cameras in our home. My 4yo and 2yo are Dino obsessed, run all day long, wild kids. But they love with their whole hearts and are the sweetest things. My 1yo is a huge cuddle bug. He loves hugs and cuddles. They all are children so they have meltdowns as expected but they are very easy going and great communicators. We practice gentle parenting. Our caregiver should invest these same qualities into our children's care. Yes. We own our property. We have a private driveway. We have 2 dogs, a black lab and a shepherd husky mix. Now that it is warm they will be outside most always. We also have a cat who roams as she pleases. They all are very kind and gentle. Our dogs are VOCAL but have never tried to hurt anyone.
