We are looking for someone who can provide attentive, directed care for our imaginative, craft-loving (shy with new people) 4- and 6-year-olds, and our 1-year-old in our house while we operate our home-based business out of the garage. We would be there for support if needed but also want to give the caregiver space. I will be putting the 1-year-old down for a nap for much of the time, so we mostly need help with the older two. Our kids can be very shy with new faces, but they warm up quickly to upbeat yet gentle personalities. They enjoy being read to, crafting, drawing, and playing in the backyard. Our youngest son, 1, is pretty attached to his mama, so we anticipate a challenging transition period. We need help M-Th afternoons (or at least 3 of those days). The hours can be somewhat flexible.
