Supportive Educator
Hi! I am a professor of Research Methods and Statistics with a passion for educating, research, & writing. My educational experience includes psychology, sociology, research, statistics, writing (English grammar and research writing), and French (primarily reading and writing at a proficient level). I love supporting children (and adults) in their education, especially when I am able to help the lightbulb go off when they master a concept! I also have experience as a camp counselor and as a gymnastics instructor, and use these experiences to create a fun, hands-on experience when teaching.

Proactive, Caring, And Kind Role Model
Hi everyone! I'm currently a Nursing student at the University of Wisconsin and I'm looking to gain a specialty in working with Pediatrics! Throughout my experience working with kids of many different ages, I knew the area was somewhere I wanted to stay for my career path. I started off my journey in high school by babysitting my cousins on the weekends, to the neighbors, and then to the kids of my close family friends. Although I wasn't ever a full-time nanny because of my busy schedule, I learned a lot of patience and creative ways to be proactive with the kids, all while having respect for their parents. Outside of the homes, I've worked with kids in a hospital setting as well! Last year, I volunteered over 100 hours at the Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. Today, my academic goals still remain steady as I was able to earn - at the same time - my diploma and AA of Arts degree, and still furthering my education into the Nursing field.

Understanding And Helpful
I have been around children my whole life with helping my mom watch my younger siblings, to babysitting my cousins and other relatives. I've even been recommended to other people, as a babysitter. I've taken some classes in high school and am looking into a career caring for children. I'd love to help out and take some load off of busy parents to make sure their children have loads of fun, and parents are less stressed durning the day!
