I was employed as a teacher's aid for 10 years, in an elementary school in NJ, and in a pre-school here in Maryland for 5 years.. I'm very passionate about my work, and possess a lot of patience, kindness and empathy and have a genuine concern for the care of others. I'm also very in tune with the needs of my patients and can at times anticipate what they want, or what they are looking for. I have also worked with patients who had early to middle stage dementia, Parkinsons, and Heart Problems. I know how important maintaining social connections are as well as providing a mentally stimulating environment, and how enjoyable music can be for the elderly. I'm naturally very helpful, but recognize the importance of fostering my clients' independence too. I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and your family to see if I would be the right fit for you or your loved ones needs!

I was a nanny for 5 years before I decided to go to college. In 2008 I went to Johns Hopkins for Nuclear Medicine. I have been working in that field for 10 years. I am now a single mother of a 5-year-old boy. I work in the medical field full time but I would much rather spend time at home with my son. He loves to play with other kids! I am available for evening and weekend care.
