We just want someone that welcomes our baby as family and their own. My husband and I unfortunately don't have any of our parents around so we lack the support. We work very hard to support our family and we just don't want to stress while we are away from our baby. He is a very good baby. Just needs fed and interacted with because he is very active. He is my heart and soul so I just want someone who really takes good care of him. Our ideal caregiver: We want someone who becomes like family to us and genuinely cares about our child and our family. Reliable, on time, so that we don't have to stress while we are working. We unfortunately don't have much support when it comes to family. . Additional needs include having a reliable car, a non-smoker. Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.
