I have been a volunteer reading tutor since 2013 and recently started a paid position after losing a corporate job with a company I worked for 18 years. I have decided that I want to give back to my community by helping the children achieve their goals, one sentence at a time. My first volunteer experience was with Dyslexia Tutoring Partners; the student I worked with graduated last year with so much confidence she is now taking college courses. I look forward to being a part of many more success stories!!!

Hello!! I've grown up with my godmother my whole life who happens to run a daycare service in her home. I would help out from time to time for about 6 years. I've learned to have patience and tend to children in a more effective way when it comes to caring for them. Furthermore , when it comes to animals I have had plenty of pets growing up such a dogs & cats whose litters I have raised. I've cared for lizards and currently own a snake. So I have experience with both pets & exotic animals.
