Energetic, Creative, And Outdoor Play-time Loving Sitter
I have been babysitting for over 9 years, and I love love love playing and caring for children. When caring for kids, I bring 100% of my energy from playing "make-believe" to taking walks around the outdoors to collect different leaves and rocks to paint. I have extensive experience caring for toddlers because I have volunteered at my church in the toddler classroom for 10 years. Additionally, I have spent a summer as an overnight camp counselor for older kids where we spent all of our days exploring outside (without any electronics!). I am a strong swimmer, great baker, and I love animals! I would love to play and go on adventures (even the local park can be an adventure!) with your kids all while keeping them safe and well cared for.

Outdoor, Music, And Art Loving 25 Year Old Woman
Hello, My name is Emily and I will be moving to Portland, Maine in August of this year. I am looking towards an outdoor job or childcare work as I have had plenty experience in both fields. I first started caring for infants at the age of 13 and have on and off been a family nanny in the summers as well as a babysitter since then. I was an assistant teacher at a preschool the winter of 2018-2019 and I find myself missing frequently. The reason for leaving was due to my seasonal forestry job starting up again. I enjoy hiking and camping with my old German Shepherd, going to concerts, and meeting new people. I have a lot of fun working with children, there is almost always something to learn and laugh about. I love caring for infants and small children, but have experience with older children and adolescents. Please contact me by phone and we can chat! I am very outgoing and love meeting and talking to new people :)
