Local Teacher Making Learning Fun!
Hello! My name is Emily, I'm a local elementary and middle school teacher. I recently graduated from Florida State University, but feel learning is life-long. I believe that education is a human right and that all learners, child, teen or adult, deserve the help they need to be successful. The idea that learning should be both engaging and enjoyable is central to my philosophy as an educator and I strive to reflect that in all aspects of my teaching career, tutoring included. It is also why I tailor my tutoring approaches based on the individual needs of each student. Currently I tutor all subjects for grades 1-9, as well as most subjects for 10-12 (language arts, writing, history/social studies, reading, Spanish, and some sciences). Additionally, I tutor college courses on a case by case basis, most often those related to writing, history, social sciences, speech, and Spanish 1. If you are looking for tutoring of any kind please reach out! I'm happy to help in any way I can.

I am a mother of two beautiful kids. I stayed home with my daughter when she was born and babysat three kids. I like to play games, I like coloring with them, go on walks and play on the playground. I like to cook. I don't mind picking up the house and if something needs to be done I can do it.

Looking to start hiring a housekeeper once or twice a week starting in the start of November. Would love if I could find someone who would be willing to do dishes(by hand, no dishwasher), clean bathroom(1), bedrooms(2), floors, windows, and the kitchen. I have three kids under five so it's hard for me to keep up with the cleaning. Looking for someone once or twice a week that charges a reasonable rate. Thanks in advance!
