I raised a T1D and it was exhausting . Mom and Dad need to have the peace of mind that someone has their back . No one except Dr., Nurses or others in our place understand the daily detail in the life of a T1D not even family , etc,. I am T1D also . I wear an medtronic pump . A common bond between others with this disease give us a level playing field . We know what the feelings of up and down BS are really like . Wanting to feel normal and play normal , eat normal (?) think clear and normal , do normal . All possible ! You just need some help . I have done all the research and have live it. Can not live on yesterdays successes . Everyday is a new challenge and that is what I want to do , help. The right family will understand . I love , the outdoors swimming , sports, travel, driving , cooking , learning by living , strong core values

Hello, my name is Sophia and I'm 14 years old but will be 15 in June. I've only had experience with one 2-year-old girl and I've recently been missing taking care of a baby. The things I learned from that experience are I can, change diapers, cook/prepare food, help clean up, and I can help teach words and other things if needed or wanted. I think that craft time and outdoors time are very important for young kids and I love both myself. I love kids very much so I will always do everything in my power to make sure they are safe and comfortable with me.

Seeking care for my mother in her 80s. Services needed: bathing / dressing, feeding. Looking for someone with 5+ years of experience caring for seniors. Specialized care needs: nursing experience. Female caregiver preferred. A little more about my mother: she can be lethargic, grouchy. I'm looking for someone who is patient, quiet. Mom is bed bound. She has been in the hospital for a little over 3 weeks; however, she has not walked since June of this year due to a broken right ankle. She is lethargic most days most of the time, but the hospital says that her vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, pulse, temperature, etc.) are good. She is Afib and takes meds for her heart and a blood thinner. My dad also lives in the house but is not able to take care of her. He is 83 and not stable on his feet. Mom is coming home from the hospital Tuesday, 10/15 per her request rather than a long term facility. Hospice said that they would drop in 1 time a day to check up on mom. Need to coordinate their schedule with someone from the outside to check up on mom. This person would mostly be making sure that she isn't lying in her feces or urine, possibly feed her.
