Hello! I am Masters-prepared graduate of an Ivy League university. I previously ran my own tutoring business, providing lessons to children and adults of all ages. I have tutored in the following subjects: Math (Elementary, Geometry, Algebra I, Algebra II, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, SAT/ACT), Science (Elementary, Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy), Spanish, English, History, Test Prep, Sociology, Health Sciences, and more. I have tutored children with special needs.

I have experience working with children in Elementary and Middle School. I led a 3rd and 4th grade "homework club" at the Mid-Peninsula Boys & Girls Club for two and a half years. This is where I practiced the theory I was learning in my education classes, and honed my one on one tutoring skills. I am currently a graduate student at Teachers College, Columbia University studying Higher and Post Secondary Education. Much of the Higher ed. literature is rooted in K-12 teaching and learning theories/practices, so I am familiar with many pedagogies that improve my teaching. Before moving back to the Bay Area due to covid, I was working as an English Instructor for students who dropped out of High school. I successfully prepared these students to pass their (TASC) High School Equivalency Test, formally known as the GED exam.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in San Bruno. I am currently working from home and would like someone to keep my daughter company two days a week. I will try to establish a schedule. We would prefer someone who could help out with meal preparation for lunch for our toddler. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children and who is CPR certified.
Serious inquiries only! We are looking for a nanny for our 4-year-old daughter, E, for up to 25 hours per week. She has distant learning for an hour Monday, Wednesday and Thursday so we'll need someone with experience working in a classroom or with preschoolers. We'd love for the caregiver to be creative or crafty. We'll need meal preparation, light housekeeping of toys, and distant learning preparation and participation. You need to have your own car and be a non-smoker. Since COVID is still spreading, we will require that this caregiver take a COVID test or have a negative test within 3 days before starting and wearing a mask is recommended. We take social distancing seriously so we need our caregiver to as well. Thank you
