Seeking occasional caregivers for 49-year-old man with quadriplegia when we visit St. Helena. Help needed would be occasional and on-call with advanced notice. Need help from 9am-noon in the mornings and in the evenings from 9pm-11 p.m. Morning shift are most important. He has a spinal cord injury and uses an electric wheelchair. Needs help with transfers using manual Hoyer lift, self-care (bathing, bowel care, etc. ) and stretches/ exercises. Patient is 6 feet tall and about 200 lbs so some strength and flexibility is needed for transfers/rolling/positioning, etc. Pay is $25 per hour. Location is about 7 miles out of downtown and in a rural area. Patient is kind and bright and easy to work with. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to talking with you.
