Mostly I work in a big facility with more 100 residents and our job is to help with daily living were dealing with independent and dementia residents. I work in Adult Day Health Program as a Program aide for more than 12 yrs. This job is my bread and butter since I start working as a caregiver. I have 3children all grown up and 1grandson which is 3 yr old. As a social worker in my country I easily get along with people special senior and kids but mostly elderly . My name is Jenna and I am a Care Specialist at Care. com assisting Robin and her family in their search. The hours are between 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for two days a week. The family is flexible on days and hours. Duties will include light housekeeping which includes laundry, bottle washing, tidying up and some cooking. Candidate will be an extra set of hands to assist Grandmother (main caregiver) to free up her time and offer backup help and care when Grandma is away, for 13-month-old baby. The ideal candidate is: CPR and First Aid Certified; excellent communication skills; reliable, flexible, open to helping implement childhood developmental exercises and experience with preemies a plus. Candidate must be comfortable with two small French bulldogs.
