Hello my kids will probably like to walk to the park to play a bit. They like lounging on Saturdays mostly and it's good to redirect the little ones if they start fighting. Additional needs include meal prep and having a reliable car.
I would like to have a team do a move in clean of a large house (4300 sq ft) on November 8th. And a move out cleaning of a 1600 square foot house on about November 15th. The move out house will have floors professionally cleaned but will need baseboards, 2 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms cleaned as well as kitchen and living room. Potentially, would like to have a long-term maid service 1 to 2 times per month for the 4300 square foot house.
