This place is extremely unprofessional. They have no idea how to run a business, and treat their new nurses very badly. If they treat the nurses badly, then it's in evitable that the patients are treated badly. Unfortunately, that's just the way it is. I know several people that were hired by this company and left because the owner would say she had all this work available and lied. There was no work at all, according to these nurses. She also has a nurse working for her that if there's another experienced nurse that's hired and this nurse is supposed to train him/her, she sabotages the new nurse by simply not training him or her. Then she lies to the owner, although I'm sure the owner realizes this, and makes up stories about the new nurse or nurses that are complete lies. It's the strangest thing. The owner does nothing about this. It's really disgusting and weird. I would not send my worst enemy there... well maybe I would. And I do not recommend if you are professional, working for this company. They're clearly inexperienced and have no idea how to manage a company or its employees.
