We have a newborn and need help with child care while we are at work. Grandma is willing to take care of our baby, but since she is older, she may lack the energy to properly take care of him (e. g. unable to carry much, falls asleep often, etc). We need someone who will help her and be responsible for most of the care-taking until we come home from work. We need someone caring, loving, reliable, and, most importantly, trustworthy.
