Needed Special Needs Caregiver In Falls Church

I'm looking for female care giver for a 37-year-old severely disabled woman. Requires experience with seizure protocols, giving medications, special meal preparation/special feeding, bathing, diapering and balance issues/assistance with walking. Client functions at about 18 months cognitively, physically strong, generally happy; needs general supervision. Caregiver should be non-smoker and provide own transportation to residence. Days/hours will vary.
