Caregiver/Education Assistant For Special Needs

Looking for someone to work with my daughter during online. She has special needs that require 1:1 support. I work from home and am available to help. Ideal caregiver is patient, caring, enthusiastic, reliable, creative and understanding. S/he will have good problem solving skills and be able to offer choices when my daughter struggles emotionally or becomes frustrated about school, peer worries or other challenges; will also be open minded to a child who has difficulties with attention, learning challenges and matching emotion with issue at hand, but who is very empathetic and loving, and thrives with 1:1 attention. Ideal person will help with household duties like meal prep and light housekeeping. Additional needs include having a reliable car, comfortable with pets and non-smoker.
