This position involves one very awesome child with special needs (rare genetic disease, ASD, intellectual disabilities, epilepsy) and one very awesome brother so we need someone who is comfortable with that. Child is very active and loves to jump on the trampoline and swim. Also must be comfortable with hugs, those are very important here. Main responsibilities include hanging out with my 8-year-old son and engaging him to learn steps toward independence. Must be willing to participate in remote learning and therapy as well as to follow through with therapy protocols. Position will also require bathing, toileting feeding and walks. Can guarantee 20 M-F hours through the end of the summer, and can be somewhat flexible on the days/times. Will likely request more time but we can work that out together.
