My son has left side paralysis. He would need assistance transferring out of bed into his chair. My 17 yo daughter can do it. It's easy. I need someone to stay with him for the day until the evening. He will need help getting dressed. Fed breakfast. Transferred to his chair then he gets bussed to therapy at 9:30 a.m. Then gets back around noon. He needs to be let in and then fed lunch and transferred to his bed again if that's what he wants. He will also need dinner. He's a super smart fun young man. He uses a urinal in bed that will need to be emptied as used. Again his 17 yo sister can do all of this. It's not hard. I just need someone there incase of emergency. You'll have free access to cable and internet to keep you entertained. Additional needs include meal prep and being comfortable with pets. Family Age Groups: Adult. Diagnosis: Mobility Challenges, Epilepsy.
