Special Needs Caregiver Needed For On-the-move 17 Month Old

About the job

L is 17 months old and always moving. He's happy, super-social, loves rolling balls, being chased and more. But L is also delayed in many ways. He is not walking yet (although great at cruising.) He's behind on his words, and and types of play. L can get frustrated easily, and likes focusing on things he's already mastered. He's currently in physical therapy, occupational therapy and play therapy... pretty soon speech therapy. We are in search of a full-time (M-F) caregiver to work L while we work. We need someone who can do more than just watch him and be with him, but really find time to work with him in various activities to help him catch up on his development. Ideal match will meet the requirements below.
