Adult With Ehlers Danlos Syndrome

Hello, I am an independent, working adult whose primary disabilities stem from hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome (although I have multiple comorbidities.) My level of disability ranges from day to day, week to week, year to year, even hour to hour sometimes. At my best I am unable to take care of my home, chores, personal medical duties (such as maintaining files of medical paperwork, scheduling appointments, getting to the doctor), and nutritional needs. At worst I am unable to leave my bed and need assistance with basic needs such as washing my hair, brushing my teeth, eating, etc. Most of the care I am looking for is to help me continue to maintain my independence and continue working. I will also need post-surgical care in the near future.
