We are seeking a warm, patient, proactive 1:1 Behavioral Support Aide to work with a bright, energetic Pre-K student who has ADHD with impulsivity and emotional dysregulation. The aide will support the child in remaining safe, regulated, and engaged in the classroom and during transitions, in close collaboration with the classroom teacher and school leadership. This is not a disciplinary or punitive role -- it is a coaching, scaffolding, and support position designed to help the child access the curriculum and school environment successfully. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children ages 4-7 in a school, childcare, therapeutic, or developmental setting, preferably with experience supporting children with ADHD and a background in ABA therapy, RBT, behavioral tech work, special ed, or early childhood education.
