Seeking a reliable, kind, and energetic Community Support Staff to support our 17-year-old daughter (turns 18 in May) with special needs. This part-time role focuses on building life skills, confidence, and independence. Schedule: 3 days/week, 4-7 p.m. (9 hours total). Duties include providing transportation to Kumon and swimming, homework help, simple cooking, walking our dog together, playing board games, and positive home/community activities. Requirements: dog-friendly, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, comfortable providing transport, patient and dependable. Experience with teens/special needs preferred.
