About who needs care: Recently discharged from ICU after a bike accident, both of his arms are broken so he will need help with dressing, bathing and feeding as well as help with transferring between bed and chair. Also has a concussion and is taking medication for pain so is pretty loopy and needing reminders about medications, taking blood pressure and being reminded about his deficits. About the care needs: Very active, enjoys biking and traveling is a drummer in a band. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
