About who needs care: My dad is in his 80s and has Alzheimers, along with some mobility issues, so he does best with calm, patient support. His outings are simple he mainly enjoys going to the movies, grocery shopping, and getting a burger or a small lunch. Those would be the core activities at first. His mood can change day-to-day, so we need someone flexible who understands that some days hes more motivated than others. He does well with routine, gentle conversation, and someone who doesnt rush him. Were looking for help a couple times a week so he can get out of the house safely and my mom and I can get a break. About the care needs: Possibly someone that enjoys stories, movies and browsing stores :) Also ability to assist if needed getting up. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
