About who needs care: Stenosis Unbalanced Using walker Still independent; recovering from fall Singing, family and movies etc. Breakfast , medicine, walking, PT , gardening, nap. Small snacks throughout the day due to hernia surgery. About the care needs: Respectful, caring, patient, outgoing, clear and good verbal communication including documented notes. Timely with medication. Able to support and assist with walking. Gardening interests a plus. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
