I am a law student at Lewis & Clark. I'm had to take a year-long, medical leave of absence but I'm returning to school in January. I have multiple disabilities (Autism, ADHD, POTS, a sleep disorder) and am realizing that I need some extra help to keep myself from burning out. I'm looking for help with cooking/meal prepping, occasionally running errands (picking up meds, package returns, etc.), and light housecleaning. Due to my health issues, I really struggle with a low appetite and nausea. I've lost a significant amount of weight this year and am looking for someone who knows a little bit about nutrition and can help with making high calorie, high protein meals. I would also love to find someone who could encourage me and hold me accountable in the areas I struggle in the most (eating, sleeping, staying hydrated, exercise).
