About who needs care: End of life assistance in-home for an 80-year-old female with dementia. Fell and broke hip 11/17, surgery was done, patient returned home 11/21. confined to hospital bed. Approximately 85 pounds. Patient has a catheter. Spouse needs assistance with administering medication through the night while he sleeps, and keeping an eye on patient while he takes care of household chores/laundry. She can get restless. About the care needs: Looking for a woman, any age, calm. willing to chat with the patient when she wakes up. She sleeps most of the time so if someone wants to read or knit or watch movies on a tablet that's fine, they just need to keep an eye open for her messing with her blankets. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
